Amy Hughes

Amy Hughes is an experienced talent management professional currently serving as Associate Director of Talent Management at RTX since June 2024. Prior to this role, Amy was Senior Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and Senior Manager of Talent Management at Raytheon, where responsibilities included developing diversity strategies and succession planning. Amy also held the position of Senior Manager at Northrop Grumman, leading talent management processes, and contributed to workforce planning and development at BAE Systems in various roles, including Talent Manager and Chief of Staff to the Group HR Director. Early career beginnings included a position as a Junior Auditor at PwC. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from the University of Sussex and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of Portsmouth.
