Amy Rocco

Amy Rocco is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Partner for Corporate Operations & Supply Chain at RTX since April 2020, focusing on oneRTX initiatives. Prior to this role, Amy held various positions at United Technologies, including Associate Director of Talent Management and HR Business Partner for Technology & Global Engineering, alongside experience as an HR Generalist and a Leadership Program Associate.
