Andrew Bancroft

Andrew Bancroft is currently an FP&A Manager at RTX, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at Raytheon Technologies from 2021 to 2025 and served as a Senior Tax Accountant at Liberty Mutual Insurance from 2017 to 2021. Andrew began their professional journey as an Accounting Intern at Carl Weinberg & Co LLP in 2016, where they gained experience in trial balance preparation and tax return preparation. They hold a Master of Science in Accounting from Bridgewater State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Bryant University, in addition to a semester abroad at Griffith University.
