Andrew Mandel

Andrew Mandel is currently a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at RTX, where they lead programs for the integration of next-generation radar systems and manage the design of mechanical racks and brackets. Previously, Andrew held various engineering roles, including Mechanical Design Engineer II and I at Raytheon Technologies, where they received multiple achievement awards for their contributions. They began their professional journey as an R&D Design Engineering Intern at Ethicon, Inc., where they authored design verification tests and enhanced prototype designs. Andrew also contributed to cost-saving engineering solutions during internships at Bosch and PROTECS Inc. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where they also participated in undergraduate research.
