Andy Auer

Andy Auer is currently the Director of Marketing and Business Development at Raytheon Technologies, a position they have held since 2020. Previously, they worked at Collins Aerospace as the Director of Business Development from 2018 to 2020, and held various roles at Rockwell Collins from 2008 to 2011, including Programs Manager for Soldier Solutions Head Mounted Displays and F-35 Helmet Mounted Display. Earlier in their career, they served as a Principal Project Engineer at L-3 Link Simulation & Training from 1998 to 2003 and as a Program Manager at Raytheon from 2003 to 2008. Andy earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Regis University between 2001 and 2003.
