Andy McKellips

Andy McKellips is an Associate Director at Raytheon with over 20 years of leadership and technical experience in the defense industry. They have led various capture and execution efforts, notably for the FORGE MDPAP next-generation OPIR ground processing program and a >$250M advanced technology laser communication program, both of which achieved exceptional customer ratings. Previously, Andy worked at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, where they contributed to advanced signal processing and communication technologies, managing multiple significant programs. Andy holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Engineering Mathematics from Queen's University and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Princeton University, supplemented by professional leadership development at Harvard Business School.
