Anna E. Javier

Principal Scientist

Anna E. Javier is a materials scientist and organic chemist specializing in polymer synthesis, structural adhesive formulation, and alternative energy technologies, with a focus on automation. Currently serving as a Principal Scientist at Raytheon Technologies since 2023, they bring extensive experience from previous roles as a Senior Applications Engineer and Product Development Scientist at Henkel from 2019 to 2023. Anna conducted postdoctoral research at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory/UC Berkeley from 2010 to 2013, where they contributed significantly to lithium battery research and published multiple papers. They are currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Polymer Chemistry at Carnegie Mellon University.
