Annie Donnelly

Annie Donnelly possesses extensive experience in communications and employee engagement across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Chief Communications Officer at RTX since April 2022, Donnelly previously held the position of Senior Director of Employee Engagement Communications at Collins Aerospace, where responsibilities included leading executive and employee communications for eight functions. Donnelly has also served in various roles at UTC Aerospace Systems, contributing to significant communications efforts during major acquisitions and product launches, and held positions at Sikorsky Aircraft, United Technologies Corporation, and UTC Power, showcasing a strong ability to manage crisis communications, enhance media relations, and drive community engagement initiatives. Annie Donnelly earned a Master's degree in Strategic Global Communications from Georgetown University.
