Arthur Medrano

Arthur F. Medrano is the Executive Director and General Manager for BMC2 and Autonomy Solutions at Collins Aerospace, where they lead a team focused on program execution and development in both classified and unclassified environments. They previously served as Executive Director for Tactical EO/IR Systems at Raytheon Technologies and held various roles at Raytheon Company, including Program Manager and Director of Advanced Concepts and Technologies. With a background in engineering and management, Medrano holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from New Mexico State University and a master’s degree in engineering management from Southern Methodist University. They are also a certified Six Sigma Expert and a Raytheon Level 3 certified Program Manager.
