Ashley Johnson

Ashley Johnson, MBA, is an experienced procurement professional with a strong background in sourcing and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Principal Procurement Specialist at Raytheon Technologies since August 2022, Ashley previously worked as a Strategic Sourcing Specialist at BENCHMADE from November 2015 to August 2022, where responsibilities included analyzing quotations and identifying cost reduction opportunities. Prior experience at Raytheon from March 2008 to October 2015 involved roles such as Principal Subcontracts Manager, focusing on subcontract specifications and compliance with regulations, as well as Senior Supply Chain Specialist, responsible for material planning and production support. Additional experience includes a Purchasing Expeditor role at CAE and a marketing internship at IBM/MarketSource. Ashley holds an MBA in International Business and Supply Chain Management from the University of South Florida and a B.S. in Marketing from UCF College of Business.
