Ashley Nottoli

Ashley Nottoli is an accomplished professional in human resources and compensation, currently serving as Associate Director of Total Rewards at Raytheon Technologies since May 2022. With extensive experience at Honeywell from June 2012 to May 2022, Ashley held various positions including Director of Global Compensation and Compensation Manager, where responsibilities included providing compensation support across multiple business units and managing proactive compensation programs for the Aerospace team. Earlier roles included HR Generalist, where engagement with client groups involved employee relations and talent management, as well as internships that contributed to knowledge in talent acquisition and HR analytics. Ashley holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Labor Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from Michigan State University.
