Augustine Owusu is a Contract Manufacturing Leader with over 10 years of experience in delivering new product introductions, industrialization, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives across various sectors including aerospace, automotive, and pharmaceuticals. Currently, they serve as the Head of Operations and R&D at Raytheon Technologies, overseeing daily operations and manufacturing strategy at the Solihull site. Previously, Augustine held positions at Chromalloy Gas Turbine, Aeristech, and Malvern Panalytical, where they developed manufacturing processes and led engineering teams.
