Barbara Bagneris

Barbara Bagneris, MBA, holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in e-Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. They have extensive experience in program financial controls and earned value management, having worked for major companies such as Boeing and Raytheon Technologies. Barbara is currently the Vice Chair of the Orange County Fair Board of Directors and has held various leadership roles in Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., including National Second Vice President. Active in the community, they also serve on multiple boards and have been recognized for their contributions to organizational efficiency and team management.
