Ben Watson

Ben Watson, PMP, has extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as a Senior IT Manager for Business and Program Management at RTX since January 2004. Watson is responsible for aligning IT strategies with business objectives, defining a five-year strategic plan, and overseeing a full portfolio of IT projects within the organization. Previous roles at RTX include IT Manager of the Program Management Office, managing the technical integration for Raytheon’s acquisition of Applied Signal Technology, and IT Manager of Infrastructure and Operations, where operational policies and security measures were defined and implemented. As an IT Enterprise Architect, Watson led the design and maintenance of core Microsoft technologies in both classified and unclassified environments. Prior experience includes Systems Administrator at Wize Commerce and Desktop Support at Santa Clara Valley Water District. Watson holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Management Information Systems from San José State University.
