Bryan Leblanc

Bryan LeBlanc is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and business management. Currently serving as Director of IDIQ Contracting and ATSP Program Manager at RTX since April 2012, Bryan oversees the Advanced Technology Support Program IV (ATSP4), ensuring access to comprehensive engineering solutions. Previous roles include managing corporate-wide IDIQ Task Order proposals as TOP Shop Manager at RTX, and contributing to business development at Visual Awareness Technologies and Consulting. Bryan also possesses a background in reliability engineering with positions held at 3Com and Sikorsky. The educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Legal Studies from Cornell Law School, an MBA from the University of New Haven, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Additionally, Bryan is recognized as an inventor of innovative baseball and softball training aids through Pitcher's Tee LLC.
