Carolyn Bilelis

Carolyn Bilelis is a seasoned finance executive currently serving as Senior Director of Finance for Commercial Engines Customer Business and President of UTF at Pratt & Whitney since October 2023. With extensive experience in customer financing and leasing within RTX and its entities, Carolyn has held leadership positions such as President and Vice President of UT Finance Corporation. Prior experience includes significant roles at Pratt & Whitney, where Carolyn managed a team of analysts in campaign analysis and developed marketing and process strategies for jet engine services. Carolyn holds an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BS in Engineering from Boston University, complemented by a strong academic foundation from The Bronx High School of Science.
