Catherine Torello

Catherine Torello has extensive experience in finance and accounting, currently serving as the Director of Holding Company and Treasury Accounting at Raytheon Technologies since November 2019. Previously, Catherine held multiple positions at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. from January 1994 to October 2019, including Assistant Treasurer, North American Controller, and Manager of Corporate Taxes, where responsibilities encompassed treasury operations, risk management, general accounting, and tax functions. The career began at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Tax Consultant after starting as a Staff Auditor, focusing on corporate tax returns and compliance. Catherine holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Southern Connecticut State University.
