Catherine Wick

Catherine Wick, SHRM-CP, currently serves as Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at RTX Corporate, overseeing the Talent Acquisition Technology portfolio and enhancing the recruiting experience through innovative solutions. Previously, Catherine held various roles at Raytheon Missiles & Defense, including Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Candidate Engagement, where leadership of over 20 team members focused on strategic initiatives related to veteran recruitment, diversity, and candidate engagement. Catherine's diverse experience includes leadership development in human resources, university program management, and education recruitment at Carrington College. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism from Abilene Christian University.
