Cecil Massey

Cecil Massey is a Principal Engineer in Mission and Quality Assurance at RTX, with a background that includes roles as a Sr. Mechanical Engineer and Manufacturing Engineer. They previously served as a Maintenance Reliability Engineer and Reliability Supervisor at International Paper, managing reliability departments and leading maintenance initiatives. Cecil's early experience includes engineering technician roles at Siemens and extensive work as a CNC Machinist and in maintenance at Luvel Dairy Products. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and an earlier degree from Holmes Community College.
