Charlesa Ceres

Charlesa Ceres is the Vice President of Antitrust, Competition and Regulatory Affairs at RTX, where they manage global antitrust and regulatory matters, including merger reviews and compliance across various business sectors. They previously held positions as Associate General Counsel at Raytheon Technologies and Pratt & Whitney and served as Counsel at United Technologies Corporation. Charlesa began their career as an Associate at Hogan Lovells. They earned a degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester and later graduated from New York University School of Law. Additionally, Charlesa serves on the board of the Boys and Girls Club of Hartford.
