Chelsea Upton

Chelsea Upton, CPA, currently serves as the Associate Director of Accounting and Internal Controls at RTX, where they lead corporate internal controls and process transformations. Prior to this role, Chelsea worked as a Senior Manager in the same department at RTX and held the position of Manager, Accounting and Internal Controls at Raytheon Technologies. Chelsea began their career in education as a Teaching Assistant for Intermediate Statistics at the University of Massachusetts Amherst and subsequently worked at PwC in various assurance roles. Chelsea earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting and IT from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
