Cherise Connolly

Cherise Connolly has extensive experience in operations and supply chain management, beginning with a role as a Shift Supervisor at Claytime Studio from October 2013 to October 2015. Currently serving as a Talent Specialist in the Operations & Supply Chain Leadership Development Program at RTX since March 2024, Cherise previously interned at Pratt & Whitney, contributing to the Supply Planning Project Team and the Global Supply Chain Development Program. Cherise's educational background includes a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford (2020-2023), a multidisciplinary Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst (2016-2018), and an Associate's degree in Business Administration Transfer from Quinsigamond Community College (2014-2016) with a notable academic performance throughout.
