Christen Maher

Christen Maher possesses extensive experience in human resources and organizational strategy, having held key positions at renowned companies in the aerospace sector. At Collins Aerospace, notable roles included Sr. Manager of HR Strategy and Project Manager, as well as Talent Project Manager and HR Partner for Mechanical Systems. Currently, Christen serves as Director of Culture & Organizational Health at RTX, following a role as HR Generalist at UTC Aerospace Systems. Christen holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and completed undergraduate studies at Northern Arizona University.
