Christopher Rooney

Christopher Rooney is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering. Currently serving as Factory Operations Manager - Associate Director at Raytheon Technologies since March 2023, Christopher has been with Raytheon since January 2004, progressing through roles including Operations Manager - Value Stream Lead and Sr. Program Manager. Christopher has a strong background in leading manufacturing centers, ensuring success in cost, quality, schedule, lean savings, security, and safety, as well as driving six sigma and LEAN initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Operations at Evoqua Water Technologies and Sales/Technical Support at Contour Design, Inc. Christopher holds an MBA in High Technology from the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
