Craig Earls is an accomplished Aerospace Engineer with extensive experience in Weapons System Design and Development, Systems Engineering, and Program Management. They served as Chief Engineer at Millennium Engineering and Integration from 2009 to 2014, where they coordinated ground testing and system verification for the RAM Block 2 Weapons. They currently work as a Technical Fellow at RTX, having previously held senior roles at Raytheon Missile Systems and Raytheon. Craig earned a BS in Physics from UCSD and multiple graduate degrees in Naval Architecture and Aeronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
