Dacia Harris, MBA, is currently a Principal Specialist of Intercompany Accounting at RTX. They earned their Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville in 2017 and completed their MBA at Indiana University Southeast in 2020. Prior to their role at RTX, Dacia served as a Budget Analyst and an Asset Accounting Analyst at LG&E and KU Energy LLC, as well as worked as an Accounting/Finance Intern. Additionally, Dacia was briefly involved with Collins Aerospace as a Principal Specialist in 2023.
