Damian's career spans roles at prominent companies, including Ford Motor Company and Toyota, before holding significant positions at Pratt & Whitney and Raytheon Technologies, where they focused on quality and engineering processes. Currently, they serve as the Associate Director of Israel Operations Quality at Pratt and Whitney, aiming to enhance Quality Management Systems and operational efficiency by 2024.
