Dan Bradstreet

Dan Bradstreet is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering Dedicated Hiring Leader for Space and C2 Systems at Raytheon Technologies since August 2020, after holding several significant positions at Raytheon from 2006 to 2020, including Director of Strategic Initiatives & Operations. Prior to this, Dan held various leadership roles focusing on agile methodologies, systems engineering, and thermal weapon sight programs. Dan's career began at Raytheon in 1995, progressing from a System Engineer to various managerial roles, including Technical Director and Center Manager. Dan's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering, a Master's degree in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University, and dual Master's degrees in Business Administration and Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas.
