Daniel Galano

Daniel Galano is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in software development within the aerospace, defense, and automotive industries. As a Team Lead and Senior Principal Software Engineer at Raytheon Technologies since May 2023, Daniel focuses on developing next-generation autonomous and mission control systems. Prior to this role, Daniel spent over a decade at Honda R&D Americas, progressing from Engineer to Principal Engineer, where responsibilities included defining next-generation architecture and managing technical outputs while also working on Infotainment and Telematics technologies. Daniel's career began at Lockheed Martin as a Software Engineer, where mission-critical software was developed for classified military projects. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, both from Florida International University.
