Danny Bynum is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical leadership within the defense and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Program Chief Engineer and Technical Program Manager at Raytheon Technologies since February 2020, Danny specializes in Electro-Optical Engineering for Counter-UAS High Energy Laser Weapon Systems. Prior to this role, Danny was a Functional Manager for Systems Engineering at Continental, overseeing technical aspects of autonomous driving projects. With a strong background at Raytheon from 2005 to 2018, Danny held various positions including Deputy Chief Engineer and Principal Engineer, demonstrating expertise in systems integration, technical baseline definition, and sensor technology integration.
