Danny Fattahi

Danny Fattahi currently serves as the Director of Global Benefits at RTX, a position held since January 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing global non-US benefits governance, strategy, and harmonization across the enterprise. Prior to this role, Danny held multiple positions at Collins Aerospace from February 2012 to January 2021, ultimately rising to the position of Director of Total Rewards Global Optimization and Director of Benefits. Danny's career began at Hewitt Associates, where the role of Benefits Operations Manager was held from August 2004 to February 2012. Danny Fattahi holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Sacred Heart University (2006-2011) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut (1999-2004).
