Darian Ngo

Darian Ngo is a Manufacturing Engineer II at RTX, with a focus on Thin Films products and experience in transitioning factories to digital manufacturing. In this role since June 2021, Darian has collaborated with cross-functional teams, supported process engineers in the creation of anti-reflective coatings, and standardized manufacturing documentation. Previously, as a Manufacturing Engineer I, responsibilities included supporting the fabrication of focal plane arrays and performing root cause analysis. Prior experience includes an internship at Raytheon Technologies, where Darian assisted in process development and statistical analysis. Darian holds a Bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from the University of California, Riverside, and has educational experience from Santa Barbara City College and San Marcos High School.
