David Lowy

David Lowy is the Executive Director of Government Security Compliance at RTX, having taken on the role in 2025. With over 30 years of experience, Lowy has held significant positions in the United States Air Force, including Deputy Director of Security and Special Program Oversight, where they implemented risk management strategies and led the Insider Threat Program. Previous roles include serving as the Command Counterintelligence Coordinating Authority for U.S. European Command and various positions within the Air Force Office of Special Investigations, where they oversaw critical investigations and operations. Lowy earned a Master’s degree in National Security Strategy from the National War College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from California State University, Fullerton, alongside a Master of Arts in National Security Affairs from the Naval Postgraduate School.
