David Smith

David Smith is an accomplished IT professional with over two decades of experience, primarily at Raytheon Technologies and its predecessor, Raytheon. In the role of IT Architecture Fellow since April 2020, David leads solution design and architecture for IT solutions within the C4I business area. Previous positions include roles such as Chief Architect of the Enterprise Business Transformation Initiative and IT Emerging Technology and Digital Architect. David has expertise in overseeing IT infrastructure, defining strategic directions for internal collaboration services, and ensuring projects are designed for current and future user needs. David began a career in IT as a UNIX Systems Administrator and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida.
