David Sutton

David Sutton, Col (USAF, Ret) PMP®, is currently a Capture Director at Raytheon Technologies' Intelligence & Space, where they leverage extensive experience in business development and program management. They have held key roles in the U.S. Air Force, including Commander of the 7th Space Warning Squadron and positions within strategic and policy development at the Joint Staff. Their career also includes significant contributions at L3 Interstate Electronics Corporation and Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services as a Capture Manager. David is pursuing advanced degrees in Space Tactics, Business Administration, and Strategic Studies, building on a foundational Bachelor of Science in Financial Management from the United States Air Force Academy.
