Dayan Anandappa is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in driving digital transformation across prominent technology and defense firms. At RTX, from March 2017 to March 2025, Anandappa served as Chief Data & AI Officer and Corporate VP, Global Head of Data & Digital Platforms, facilitating the creation of innovative digital product lines for Aerospace and Defense. Previously, at United Technologies from March 2017 to March 2020, Anandappa was a founding senior executive of the Digital Accelerator, leading a $300 million investment to enhance the company’s digital capabilities. Prior to that, from December 2009 to March 2017 at GE, Anandappa held several critical roles, including CIO of GE Digital, where strategic IT initiatives were developed to support a $6 billion business. Early in the career at MCI Telecommunications Corporation, Anandappa managed web network engineering, architecting network designs for multiple data centers. Anandappa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Oneonta.
