Derrick Stanley

Derrick Stanley is an experienced Engineering Leader currently serving as the Engineering Process Lead at RTX since 2025. Previously, Derrick held the position of Director of Engineering Technology Leader at Collins Aerospace, managing a diverse Mechanical Systems Research & Technology portfolio. Derrick also worked as Director of Engineering at Northrop Grumman, where they led a team focused on functional engineering requirements and workforce development. Derrick served as an Adjunct Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University from 2015 to 2019, and holds a PhD candidacy in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Mississippi State University, anticipated to conclude in 2026.
