Dustin Chieppa

Dustin Chieppa has over 24 years of experience in aerospace and defense, with a current role as Associate Director for Navy Fire Control Radar Products at Raytheon Technologies since September 2011. Chieppa leads multi-functional teams in the production and delivery of advanced AESA radar systems, managing substantial profit and loss responsibilities. Previous positions include Program Manager for F/A-18 configuration upgrades and full-rate production initiatives, where engagement with critical suppliers and customer relationships played key roles in exceeding financial targets. Prior experience includes serving in the United States Air Force as C-17 aircrew, contributing to strategic missions and training personnel. Chieppa holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and degrees in Workforce Development and Aviation Operations.
