Eddy Rogers

Value Stream Leader

Eddy Rogers possesses extensive experience in aircraft maintenance and operational improvement across various roles in both military and civilian sectors. With a background in the United States Air Force from February 1989 to October 2000, Eddy served as a Tactical Aircraft Maintenance specialist, conducting comprehensive inspections and troubleshooting aircraft systems. Following this, Eddy directed initiatives in process improvement through AFSO21, focusing on enhancing efficiency within the Air Force. Subsequently, Eddy took on leadership roles in the civilian sector, including positions as Director of Performance & Quality Improvement at Marana Health Care, and currently as Value Stream Leader at Raytheon Technologies, managing manufacturing activities and overseeing employee performance. Eddy also holds two Associate Degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, one in Instructor in Technology and another in Avionic Systems Technology.
