Edgar Ortiz

Edgar Ortiz is an experienced professional in subcontract management, currently serving as a Subcontract Program Manager at Raytheon Technologies since July 2018, following a long tenure at Raytheon where roles included Senior Subcontract Program Manager and Program Supplier Quality Manager. With a focus on interfacing between the supplier base, program Integrated Product Teams (IPT), and program management, Edgar has developed a strong skill set over more than two decades in the industry. Edgar holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Rhode Island - College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
