Ellen McIntire

Ellen McIntire is a Global Ethics Officer with extensive experience in organizational learning, leadership development, and executive coaching. Currently at RTX since 2009, Ellen leads the enterprise learning program focused on business ethics and compliance, creating award-winning educational initiatives; they also serve as a seasoned facilitator and educator across various corporate and academic settings. Prior to this role, Ellen held positions as a Senior Consultant in business ethics at Working Values Group and as the Director of Outward Bound Professional, where they focused on leadership and team dynamics. Ellen holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Organizational Development from Babson College and a BA in Economics from Colby College.
