Erica Lefaive serves as the Senior Manager of Global Government Relations at Raytheon Technologies since October 2022. Prior to this role, Erica held positions at Axiom Space in Legislative Affairs & Strategic Communications from May 2021 to October 2022, and worked in the U.S. House of Representatives from September 2017 to April 2021 as a Legislative Assistant and Legislative Correspondent for Representative Randy Weber. Responsibilities included oversight of appropriations and staff support for various committees including Science, Space & Technology. Erica began the congressional career as an intern for Representative Roger Williams. Erica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University and has also attended The Anglo-American School of Moscow.
