Erika Ray CSP

Erika Ray, CSP, is currently the Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Principal Specialist at RTX, where they excel in ensuring workplace safety and compliance. Previously, they served as a Senior Safety Compliance Officer with the Virginia Department of Labor and Industry, conducting safety audits and training teams across Virginia. Erika has also held roles as a Workplace Health and Safety Specialist at Amazon and an EHS and Training Specialist at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health from Old Dominion University, following an Associate of Science in Social Sciences from Tidewater Community College.
