Ethan Bayer

Ethan Bayer is a Senior Analyst for Global Trade at RTX, where they support the Land and Air Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit. Prior to this role, they coordinated International Affairs and National Security Policy at the Aerospace Industries Association, providing critical policy analysis and support. Ethan has also interned at the White House in the Office of Presidential Correspondence and contributed to various political campaigns, including those of Congresswoman Elaine Luria and the Democratic National Committee. They hold a Master of Arts in International Relations from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, Ethan is currently learning German and has a rich background in competitive soccer, having played at both national and international levels.
