Floyd Hutto

Floyd (Will) Hutto is an experienced professional in information security and communications security, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Industrial Security at RTX since August 2021. Prior to this role, Floyd Hutto dedicated over 21 years to the United States Marine Corps, where responsibilities included serving as an Information Security Manager, COMSEC Auditor, and Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) Account Manager. In these positions, Floyd Hutto acted as a Subject Matter Expert on INFOSEC/COMSEC matters and oversaw compliance and management of various COMSEC accounts, ensuring adherence to national and military guidelines. Floyd Hutto’s career also encompasses roles in training and planning for military operations, recruitment, and leadership positions, demonstrating significant expertise in security policy development and operational oversight. Floyd Hutto is currently pursuing a degree at American Military University, expected to complete in 2025.
