Francisco Cebada

Francisco Cebada is the Associate General Counsel for Employee Benefits and Plan Investments at RTX, where they focus on employee benefits, corporate governance, and executive compensation. Francisco advises clients on fiduciary responsibilities and compensation arrangements, bringing extensive experience in cross-border mergers and securities offerings. They previously served as a Judicial Intern with the New York State Unified Court System and held various roles at Citi and Kelley Drye & Warren LLP. Francisco earned a B.A. in Economics and History from Baruch College and a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law.
