Frank Rockenback

Frank Rockenback is a retired aerospace and defense professional with extensive experience at Raytheon Technologies, where they served as a senior program manager from 1994 to 2022. With a career spanning over four decades in the industry, Frank played a key role in various projects until retirement. Currently, Frank is pursuing certifications in Leadership and Management for Scientists and Engineers at the University of California, San Diego, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Northrop Institute of Technology, as well as a Master of Science in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.
