With over 32 years in the government contracts industry, Gary began their career at Rockwell International, advancing through various roles at Boeing and Raytheon, where they developed expertise in managing complex proposals and customer relations. Holding a Doctor of Law degree from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from CSU Fullerton, Gary combines a solid educational background with practical experience in contract management and training. Outside of work, they have a deep passion for soccer, enjoying both youth and international matches.
