Gen Satoh

Gen Satoh has a robust background in mechanical engineering and advanced manufacturing, having held multiple leadership roles across prominent organizations. Experience includes positions at Arconic as Staff Process Engineer and Senior Leader in Additive Manufacturing Process Development, followed by Associate Director at United Technologies Research Center, overseeing the Additive Manufacturing Center of Expertise. Currently serving as Associate Director of Advanced Manufacturing at Raytheon Technologies, Gen's expertise is further supported by a comprehensive academic foundation, including a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. from Columbia University, along with a B.S. in Engineering and Economics from Harvey Mudd College.
