George Hoover

George Hoover is a skilled engineer currently serving as a Senior Engineer in Quality at RTX since 2024. Previously, they held positions as a Maintenance Engineer at Peabody Energy from 2017 to 2019, where they focused on performance and safety improvements, and worked as a Build Engineer II and Starship Engineer II at SpaceX from 2021 to 2023. They also contributed as an Undergraduate Student Researcher and a Graduate Research Assistant at the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, aiding in research on mechano-luminescent materials. George earned a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2021 and a Bachelor of Science in the same field in 2017 from New Mexico Tech.
